CARE FOR THE SOUL  (INNER HEALING)

God has created us as spirit, soul and body.
Our souls are comprised of our minds, our wills and our emotions.
We focus on the issues affecting the mind and the emotions, because that can help change the will.

During, and following the traumatic experiences of war and combat
it is normal and expected that you will feel heavy, even extreme stress and distress.
This is a normal but unfortunate reaction to being under constant threat, harm and risk of death or dismemberment.
YOU ARE NOT FEELING THIS BECAUSE YOU ARE WEAK.
YOU FEEL THIS BECAUSE YOU ARE STRONG, BRAVE AND COURAGEOUS, AND STEPPED UP.

Post Traumatic Stress, Traumatic Soul Wounds, Combat Trauma, Grief, Loss, Faith Crisis, Loss of Identity and more...
either as a result of direct combat operations, or due to begin deployed to a war zone in any role to support those in combat.
